What payment terms do you work with?+
Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production and 70% against bill of lading copy before shipment. Payments go through our Hong Kong entity via XTransfer or international wire transfer — fully traceable and documented. Milestone-based payments available for established Pro and Enterprise clients.
Do you work with overseas manufacturers buying components and materials?+
Yes. For overseas factories sourcing components, hardware, raw materials, or MRO supplies from China, we manage the bill of materials at the process level: direct factory verification (no trading companies), BOM-level cost breakdown, multi-supplier consolidation, and recurring replenishment. Most valuable for manufacturers with $500K+ annual China procurement.
